The Role:

Working for a regional Tool and Equipment Hire company, you will target select key accounts bringing in new profitable business, together with managing a portfolio of existing account customers. A Sales Professional with drive, passion & self-motivation who can demonstrate their previous success in a similar position, together with good communication skills and the tenacity to negotiate effectively. You will have previous sales experience within the Tool and Plant Hire / Construction industry. This is a full time, permanent position with no weekend work and the opportunity to progress within the company, based in the sales office working full time Monday - Friday 6.30am - 5.00pm. You will have the potential to earn significant bonus on top of the base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Within Key Account Sales / Internal Sales Executive position your Job Role Would Include:

  • Target Select Key Account Prospects
  • Produce and Follow up on Quotations Raised
  • Update and Maintain Client Database
  • Build Your Client Portfolio Spend, both Existing and New Business
  • Build Effective and Profitable Relationships both Internally and Externally
  • Maximise Revenue and Profitability 


The Ideal Key Account Sales / Internal Sales Executive will Have:

  • Previous Experience in One or More of The Following Roles: Telesales; Sales Executive; Sales Co-Ordinator, Business Development Manager; Area Sales Executive; Key Account Manager; Hire Controller
  • You Will Need Previous Experience Within Construction Sales
  • Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills
  • You Must Be Confident Using IT Software
  • Organise and Structure your Work Load
  • Ability to Operate Within a Target Driven Environment, Working to the Sales Plan
  • Enthusiastic, with a Positive Outlook and Determined Focused Work Ethic
