Job Description

The Role:

Working for a National Accommodation and Modular Temporary Building supplier, you will be responsible working across the business to ensure a cohesive delivery, installation and After Sales Service of Modular Site units. You will have previous multi-skilled project management experience, ideally within the Accommodation Hire Sector, a Senior Management professional with drive, passion & self-motivation who can demonstrate their previous success within a similar position. There will be extensive travel required including some nights away from home. This is a full time, permanent position with a car, laptop, private healthcare, and the opportunity to earn bonus on top of the base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Service Manager your Job Role Would Include:

  • Transport Planning and Product Delivery
  • Project Management of Installations
  • Post Installation and Remedial Actions as Required
  • Manage, Lead and Mentor Service Delivery Teams
  • Manage / Oversee Allocation of Resources
  • 3-4 Direct Reports
  • Cost Control / Maximise Resources
  • Customer Service including Site Meetings, Escalated Issues etc
  • Share Best Practice, Enhance Business Process


Skills:

The Ideal Candidate for the Regional Service Manager Role Will Have:

  • Previous Senior Management Experience
  • You Will Need Background Knowledge within Accommodation / Modular industry, experience within the Construction Industry would also be advantageous
  • You Need To Commit to Deliver Excellent Customer Service
  • Experience in Managing Multi-Skilled Project Teams
  • Qualified Appointed Person (AP)
  • You Must Be Confident Using IT Software
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Able To Identify & Develop Sales Opportunities
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
